Anna Fromknecht Behringer, eighty-one, died Sunday in Hamot hospital after a two month illness. She lived at 1125 E. 25th st.
She was a member of the holy Rosary church, the Altar and Rosary Society and the Sacred Heart League of the church.
Surviving are four daughters, Miss Mary Behringer, Mrs. Irene Johnson, Hyattsville, Md.; Mrs. Margaret Johnston and Mrs. Helen Hansen; five sons, Joseph, Sylvester, Clarence, Bernard and Charles Behringer; 28 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Loesch and Mrs. Alois Comstock; three brothers, Joseph, Charles and George Fromknecht. Her husband, Frank Behringer, preceded her in death.
Friends may call at the Brugger funeral home where services will be conducted Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. and from the Holy Rosary church at 9 a.m. The Rev. Walter J. Conway will officiate.
Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
