Mary U. Bohrer wife of Frank M. Bohrer, of 2934 Cochran, passed away at St. Vincent’s hospital early Thursday morning, aged 34 years. She was taken seriously ill a week ago Wednesday and as the nature of her ailment made it imperative that an operation be resorted to, she was taken to St. Vincent’s hospital last Friday, but the end came, despite every effort of medical skill and the unremitting care and deepest concern of those near and dear to her. Mrs. Bohrer was a young woman of a pleasant personality and was dearly beloved by many friends for her amiable and gentle ways and the announcement of her sad and untimely death will be a source of deep sorrow to all who knew her.
Deceased was born in Eire and has always lived here. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Franz.
She leaves to mourn, her husband, Frank M. Bohrer, one son, Robert, 4 years old, her mother, Mrs. Catherine Franz, two sisters, Mrs. Ed. Siegel and Miss Rose Franz, and four brothers, Alexander, Michael, Edward and George Franz. Funeral will take place from the family residence, No. 2934 Cochran street, Monday morning at 8:30 and from St. Joseph’s church at 9 o’clock.
Interment will be made in the family lot in Trinity cemetery.
